HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Desktop PC (Intel i7-6700, Dual Storage)

This refurbished HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Small Form Factor desktop is built around an Intel Core i7-6700, with fast dual storage in a compact, enterprise-grade chassis. It was originally deployed in corporate fleets and retired on a standard refresh cycle rather than through failure. It suits buyers who want more CPU power than a standard office i5 offers, without paying for a graphics card.

Who it's for

• Developers running several tools, virtual machines or containers side by side
• Accountants, consultants and small business owners who need quick spreadsheet-heavy modeling and batch processing
• Power users with dozens of browser tabs and demanding office or productivity software
• Dual-monitor office setups where a full tower would take too much room

Key features

• Intel Core i7-6700 processor: A 4-core, 8-thread CPU with a 3.4GHz base clock, Turbo Boost up to 4.0GHz and 8MB of cache. Hyper-Threading gives it a real edge in multitasking and multi-threaded workloads over standard i5 machines.
• 16GB RAM: Ample memory for heavy multitasking, dozens of browser tabs, virtual machines or resource-hungry applications side by side.
• 512GB M.2 SSD boot drive: Fast NVMe/SATA solid-state storage for near-instant boot times and rapid application loading.
• 1TB secondary HDD: A full terabyte of bulk storage for files, archives and backups, keeping the SSD free for the OS and active programs.
• Intel HD Graphics 530 (integrated): No discrete GPU is fitted or required. The integrated graphics comfortably drive dual monitors for office and multimedia use.
• HP Small Form Factor chassis: Compact and quiet, engineered to enterprise durability standards for years of continuous daily use.
• Windows 10 Pro (genuine license): Fully licensed and ready for business use immediately, including domain join capability.
• Business connectivity: Multiple USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet and standard display outputs for dual-monitor setups.

Specifications

Good to know

• No discrete graphics: This is a productivity and business workstation, not a gaming PC. The Intel HD Graphics 530 is there to drive displays, not games.
• Refurbished: This is a professionally refurbished unit, tested component-by-component and verified fully functional prior to sale. A full diagnostic covers the CPU, memory, both storage drives and the power supply, and faulty components are repaired or replaced rather than shipped as-is. Some light cosmetic wear consistent with prior corporate use may be present.
• Ready to work: No driver hunting or configuration is needed.

Choose this i7-class EliteDesk when your work is CPU-bound and you want a quiet, compact machine without a graphics card. If you also want to game, the RX 550 version of the same EliteDesk is the better fit.
