HP G3 Gaming Desktop PC (Intel i7-6700, GTX 1050 Ti)

This refurbished HP EliteDesk 800 G3 small form factor desktop has been upgraded with a dedicated NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti graphics card, turning a rock-solid business machine into an affordable gaming and everyday PC. It is compact, it suits casual esports play, and it is aimed at first PCs and tight budgets.

Who it's for

• Casual and competitive esports gamers playing CS2, Valorant, League of Legends, Rocket League or Fortnite on lower settings at 1080p
• Students who want a machine that handles coursework and gaming equally well
• Anyone upgrading from a laptop or ageing desktop who wants a noticeable jump in responsiveness without a big outlay
• First-time PC builders and buyers with a tight budget and a small desk

Key features

• Intel Core i7-6700 Processor: a quad-core, 8-thread Skylake-generation CPU running at 3.40GHz base and boosting up to 4.0GHz, still capable for gaming, web browsing, office work and light content creation.
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4GB): a dedicated Pascal-architecture graphics card with 4GB of GDDR5 memory, giving real gaming capability that integrated graphics cannot match.
• 16GB DDR4 Memory: enough RAM for Windows 11, multitasking and gaming without hitting a memory bottleneck.
• 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD: fast solid-state storage for your operating system and most-played games, plus a full terabyte of hard drive space for your wider game library, media and files.
• Compact Small Form Factor Case: HP’s business-grade SFF chassis takes up a fraction of the desk space of a full tower.
• Windows 11 Pro: genuine, pre-installed and activated, ready to use out of the box.
• Professionally Refurbished: fully tested and inspected before sale.
• Ports & Connectivity: business-grade I/O including USB 3.0 ports, DisplayPort video output and Gigabit Ethernet, so you can connect wired internet and multiple peripherals without extra adapters.

Specifications

Good to know

• The GTX 1050 Ti is an entry-level graphics card by today’s standards, originally launched in 2016. It won’t run the latest AAA blockbusters at ultra settings, and you shouldn’t expect 4K or high-refresh 1440p gaming.
• It does handle esports titles at smooth, playable frame rates at 1080p, and older or less demanding AAA titles at low-to-medium settings.
• As a refurbished unit, minor cosmetic wear such as light scuffs on the case is possible. Every system is functionally tested before it ships.
• The small form factor case limits future upgrade options compared with a full tower, so think about this if you plan to fit a larger graphics card later.
• Each machine has been unboxed, cleaned, inspected and functionally tested by a technician before it is listed.

Choose this when desk space matters and 1080p esports is the goal. If you want room to upgrade the graphics card later, the full tower models are a better fit.
